For a refreshing break from your everyday cares, we recommend that you stay at the Open Pathway Retreat Centre https://openpathwaycentre.org/ where  choosing ‘full board’ will offer you regular wholesome meals for a reasonable cost and allow you to relax in comfortable rooms all set amidst six acres of beautiful private gardens.  The Retreat timetable follows the Open Pathway meal schedule and this gives you the opportunity to regularise your body rhythms as well as time to ruminate over the new and exciting information you are learning.  Please let them know your dietary preferences when booking.
